The organisation is responsible to insure the respect of a decree.

The text is:
Comité Paritaire du personnel de l'industrie de la signalisation routière du Québec
I also want the initialism to appear: CPPISRQ
Logo would have a road sign.
Shaking hands or another agreement representation.
