Logo for my new start up "Pretty Pawfect Boutique"

I am looking to have a professional logo created for my new dog business. I have attached a PDF which shows and explains what we would like created. This show a mock design I created along with information I would like added onto the design. The colours are also on there.

We will require 3 different logos for this contest.

The designer needs to be experienced using all types of design software to make sure things are implemented accurately for things to be seamless.

We would like all file types such as PDF, PNG, JPG and PSD to allow us to amend slightly if needed.
