The Name of the business is:-
PRECISE - Retail Property Consultants
This is a design competition for a RETAIL PROPERTY AGENCY, not a residential property agency, so please try and avoid images of houses!
I have just set up a retail property consultancy which will operate in central london where the best retail and restaurant brands want commercial properties.
The clients I act for are rather diverse and are Retailers of Cafe/Restaurant operators.
I deal with all my clients retail property requirements whether that be buying new shops or selling unwanted stores.

What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Real Estate & Mortgage
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Designers choose (but I like a sophisticated, serious, high end feel)...I like black & white.
Other color requirements:
Let designers make suggestions:
But colour is important particularly for visual marketing i.e. Estate agents boards and Email Signature so needs to be a little eye catching rather than dull.
The industry in by nature quite conservative, but I would like a brand that is a little more contemporary whilst still erring on the conservative. Any logo has to ultimately be capable of being taken and put on a good old fashioned Estate Agents marketing Board for leasing vacant shops.....the key for me will be how we can link the retail imagery with the physical shop.
Our reason for being is the retail property element of the business, and it is important to emphasis this and not just the retail imagery such as shopping trolleys of bags. Something clever but simple and perhaps a little playful. If it is just retail imagery it would be very easy to confuse us with a agency offering retail operation type services rather than property. don't want just an image that could be confused with a house rather than say a shop. Colour or perhaps the ability to have different colours associated with the logo to go with different types of client or presentation might be good
