Hey guys, i run a nutrition and training business... Im launching a new awesome project and I need a logo that is strong, to the point and memerable.

SHREDin7 is the project - it is a 7-week science-based fat loss transformation program. It has been designed to walk the user through every step of the journey with step by step instructions using an elearning platform. It has nutrition, training, goal setting and continued lessons along the way.

I need help creating a cool logo (i have attached a basic draft - im using Montserrat for primary font and open sans for subtext)

Some ideas for the logo: (potentials)
- could relate to a fit body - if so it would need to be male AND female or a gender neutral figure
- could also use the 7
- could use icons such as a barbell...
- should be scaleable
- potentially minimalistic - but not TOO simple (although im open to ideas)

Like I said... I'm open to ideas - but I hope it would be scaleable and would look good on T-shirts, on the website etc

The colours (thus far) are mostly black, with bits of green, grey and white.

The business colours are green, grey and white... but the SHREDin7 colours can be slightly different to stand out a bit (thus more black than most of the website)

Amazing, so many awesome entries

I will go through and post some comments on submissions when I get some free time

But just as some general feedback to everyone -

- don't make the male figure too buff (huge / massive is not my target audience)
- I dont use kettlebells in the program - so it would be bad to use them in the logo as it would be misleading

extra tips
- the program is heavily nutrition-based - I'm not sure if any food icons (such as apple) may be useful
- the program is heavily barbell exercise based - thus barbell is suitable

  Also, the program is educational in nature - with lessons - perhaps a book could be used as well... but... I'm just scratching my head for ideas
  
  So far there are already a few cool logos with the male and female figures, plus a few with the gender-neutral figure, these are really good, I feel like these are strong contenders
