  I like the use of "mini squares" in the globe in upper left hand corner of the below link, although I'm not looking for a globe style logo. The use of mini squares make the logo look like little die on a semiconductor wafer: http://www.visuallure.com/blog/tag/technology-logo-design/

     Thanks, of course you now will get high quality designs, but you need to be alert with some clip arts, need to go in google and make some searchs for icons, anyway we can help you to find copies.
