Mmm, very odd, yet another contest where the winner has nothing to do with the brief? We're all told that it must be a Border Collie, must be vintage, must have a ribbon and must have a basket in it's mouth! The winner has none of these. If these weren't the rules, then I'm sure many people could have come up with better designs.
