     Save Picture + Give another designer to Retrace to vector. Thats what they usually do. People dont want to pay, the competition is a free entry for these people, so they come an hold a contest "no guaranteed", quick and easy work..

     hello guys
     its a wrong concept that guaranteed contests are not vulnerable to fraudulence. In fact, i have personally witnessed such occurrences at freelancer.com. So don't freak out about contests that are not guaranteed-participate whole heartedly in all :)
