Just an idea.. Being "NearTeam" perhaps a concept of being local or close by would be a good concept to play with. Maybe something resembling Facebook's Places icon or Google Map's pin.

Please note a preference of mine. I don't care for people being used in the logo. If you design includes the use of people I most likely will not rank if very high. I appreciate the entries. There have been some great ones!

A few things to consider: Please play with the words NearTeam. If you feel the need to add an image I prefer something abstract. I also like when logos use part of the word, such as a letter, as the logo.
The idea behind NearTeam is that we "extend" the company's employment brand. Becoming a part of the team.
Please don't use a background color. If you feel the need to change the color of the background please show it with a white background as well.
