     The only difficulty I can see is that the vinyl cut-out will have little slivers dangling - which will probably curl and get torn off.

  Hi, please read spec. again. Possible to punch on vinyl ?
  
  - sannra is a female name (do not use capitals)
  - water, fish, mermaid ...open for other suggestions
  - easy to read if punched on vinyl
  
  Illustrative is the better one so far.
