  NO no you do not have to withdraw your logo. I know you and I trust you. It is NOT impossible for this thing to happen. The exact same colors made me suspicious. But also I know you don't do that sorta thing. So I had to mention it for the record. No worries, your a real designer and you'er still cool with me :)
