I need a Logo for my webshop www.casecooling.net

I sell the following products:
- PC Cases
- PC Fans and Coolers
- PC Hardware
(all products of high quality)

Logo design should be suitable with the current theme and type of products we sell.

Logo should be tech-oriented, clean, with dynamic, young, fresh and friendly spirit.

I need two versions of Logo:
1st version: with a subscript with "by eeeshop.net" (please see the Logo attached, is the Logo of my company); the subscript can be exactly as the it is in the logo, or can be in gray or other colours, is at your choice.
2nd version: without the subscript

I need files in High resolution, and also 1 file with transparent background.
Please add the "R" of the copyright symbol.
All files should be ready within next Monday, 17th February, in the evening.
