Contest Brief

Hey,
we are looking for someone, who is able to design a beautiful, adequate logo for our new webshop. Our firm is called "fairorganica", which trades with tea, coffee and spices, that are produced organically under fair conditions.
For us it is important, that everybody, who is part of the production process, is treated and remunerated fairly. A further important feature of "fairorganica" is the sustainable handling of natural ressources.
The logo should convey these features - implemented in an overall friendly and positive picture.
Concerning colouring, symbols and design we don't have any expectations as long as the above mentionened points are considered. The only requirements are that the following name and subtext are included in the logo:

fairorganica.com
tea, coffee & spices

and/or:

fairorganica
tea, coffee & spices

Please sent the proposal in a prevalent file format.

To everyone:

Thanks for your recent work!
Since there are several excellent proposals, it is extremely hard to decide for one concept.
However, one important fact is that the design of the logo should be consistent with the development of the website.
The website will be arranged using separate symbols (tea, coffee, spices, tea-pottery, information, etc.), that serve as buttons, leading to the website content, which they resemble (i.e. the tea button leads to the different tea types). In other words, single units of the firm’s logo will serve as buttons.
Consequently, I will choose a design, which includes symbols that can also serve as buttons. More definitely: proposals like 63, 91, 66, 133 and 73 do have in comparison to proposals like 143, 144, 88, 72, 137, 116, etc. an advantage due to practical reasons.
The above mentioned points resulted from a meeting with my partner.
