PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are hiring a serious performance marketer for Sukham Hospital (Dehradun, India). We already run Meta ads (CPL INR 52–80) and generate appointments on a free model. Now we are shifting to a paid appointment funnel.
Core KPI (Must)
Our objective is a self-funding funnel. We do not want ongoing out-of-pocket marketing loss. Minimum recovery targets are mandatory.
Phase Structure (Meta Only)
Phase 1 – INR 35,000 (Validation)
Release only after meeting BOTH conditions:
Minimum 7 to 8 paid appointments per day
Minimum 70% recovery of Meta ad spend from paid appointment revenue
Performance must hold for 12 out of 15 days (validated with tracking).
Phase 2 – INR 35,000 (Scale)
Release only after meeting BOTH conditions:
Minimum 10 to 13 paid appointments per day
Minimum 80% recovery of Meta ad spend from paid appointment revenue
Performance must hold for 15 out of 20 days.
Next Month Onwards (If Phase 2 Works)
Target becomes 100% break-even minimum. Performance bonus can be discussed after break-even.
Scope (Must Include)
Paid appointment funnel strategy and pricing test (INR 300–500 to start)
Landing page build or improvement (conversion focused)
Meta Ads restructuring, scaling, retargeting
Pixel + event tracking verification
Weekly KPI reporting (CPA, paid bookings/day, recovery %)
Content direction: what doctor videos / reels / proof content we should publish so ads and funnel stay aligned
Location Preference
India preferred. Bangladesh / Pakistan also fine. Hindi/Urdu understanding is a plus for better messaging alignment.
