I’m putting together a run of t-shirts for a friend’s 30th birthday and need a clean, modern logo built around the phrase “Welcome to the Big Leagues.”

Key points I already know I want:
• The number 30 blended naturally into the wording—think smart typographic play rather than something that feels bolted on.
• A basketball icon worked in (net, lines, or silhouette—whatever suits the composition best). I’m open to additional subtle touches if they elevate the concept.
• A neutral palette—black, white, greys, maybe a hint of silver—so the shirts remain versatile and easy to print.
• Overall look: modern, sleek, and grown-up rather than cartoony.

What I need back from you:
1. Two or three initial concepts in vector format (AI or EPS) plus JPG/PNG previews.
2. One chosen concept refined through a couple of quick revision rounds.
