Would you prefer a **real, fully navigable 3D model of your future home** instead of just AI-generated images? I can build the actual house in **Revit**, allowing you to explore the spaces, review the design, and make decisions before construction. **If this is what you’re looking for, reply to me and I’ll show you how I would approach your project.**

Hi, thank you for the detailed brief. Before I develop the structural layout further, I’d just like to clarify one point: when you mention “masonry house rather than a timber-frame building,” do you specifically mean load-bearing masonry construction (e.g. ceramic blocks with concrete slabs), or would you also be open to a reinforced-concrete structure with masonry infill walls? This will help me establish the most appropriate structural grid and floor plan from the beginning.
