I’m looking for a fresh, modern logo built around a strong icon or symbol and font that instantly communicates who we are as a multifamily office. The mark should project trust and reliability first and foremost, yet still hint at innovation, progress, and an understated sense of exclusivity.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Style: clean, contemporary lines rather than ornate flourishes.
• Core element: an original icon/symbol that can stand on its own across print and digital applications.
• Palette & typography: open to your suggestions so long as they reinforce the values above and remain versatile on light and dark backgrounds.

Deliverables I’ll need at hand-off:
1. Primary logo (full-color, black, and white versions).
2. Scalable vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) plus high-resolution PNG/JPG.
3. A brief style guide covering colors and fonts so we can keep future materials consistent.

I value clear communication and quick iteration; expect timely feedback at each milestone so we can lock in the concept that feels just right. If you have a portfolio featuring modern, icon-driven identity work, I’d love to see it alongside your proposal.

Trust: A strong architectural Pillar integrated into the 'D' monogram.

Security: A subtle Keyhole in the negative space, symbolizing exclusive access and financial safety.

Modernity: A premium palette of Royal Navy Blue and Matte Gold for a contemporary feel.
