I already have the room’s current architectural drawing and want to see it re-imagined as a sleek, modern office. The space must be reorganised to include: • an enclosed boss room fitted with a desk, two guest chairs, built-in bookshelves, a small sofa for informal chats and a wall-mounted TV • a glass-partitioned mini-conference area that comfortably seats four to six for quick meetings • a four-person open work station with adequate circulation space • a compact reception counter with a couple of waiting chairs, provided floor area permits Please start from my existing layout (which I will share in PDF/DWG) and deliver a dimensioned floor plan showing walls, partitions, furniture placement and clear walking paths. If any minor compromises are needed to make the reception fit, suggest alternatives. I’m happy to review two revision rounds so the final drawing is both space-efficient and aesthetically modern. Preferred deliverables: • Editable CAD (.dwg) or equivalent native file • High-resolution PDF for easy printing Looking forward to a smart, space-savvy plan that balances privacy for the boss with openness for the team.
