Contest Brief

We need a catchy name for a new company (logo competition will come next) and a separate slogan.

About the company:

1: It will be a property maintenance company that primarily targets rental/investment properties that are managed by property managers. Note: we are not managing the properties, we are only providing maintenance services to landlords and property managers.

2: We do a wide-range of property maintenance for example painting, changing locks, washing houses, repairing holes in walls.

3: A large number of our clients will be rental property managers.

4: We are more tech savvy and easy to use than our competition e.g property managers can use an iPad app to book in jobs using a calendar interface and we have a very quick turnaround for quoting.

5: It is a New Zealand based company.

Please note:
The name of the company needs to explain what we do in some way e.g Maintenance Solutions. "rental property maintenance experts"
The name will preferably be the domain name so .co.nz will need to be available.
The name will not already be in use by another company
