We are launching a new Building that will be rentals, in the neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn NY.
This is a luxury full service building with 188 apartments ranging from studios to 2 bedroom penthouses.
The building address is 395 Leonard Avenue and also has entrances from the side streets of Frost Street and Richardson Street.

The ideal name would be something that defines this building, either by the design or by the street name.
