Looking for one high resolution, realistic looking image of a nebula to be created in Photoshop (or your graphics program of choice). I make space and astronomy related stock footage, so I'm looking to build up a library of assets that I can use in the backgrounds of my animations.

My intention is to have four images in total, but I thought it best to go for one to start with.... no point in paying four times the amount on a guaranteed contest if I'm not a fan of any of the entries! So if I'm happy with the results, then I'll be awarding the prize to up to four different entries. They might be all from the same person or from a variety of people.

The final deliverable will be one .png image with transparency, so I can add the element to my own space backgrounds. So I just need the nebula on it's own... no black background or stars or planets, just the nebulosity itself. Resolution should be 4000 pixels wide. The height depends on the design itself, but must be between 2000 and 4000 pixels. The artwork needs to be entirely contained within the frame, so it can be composited with other imagery, and the edges aren't missing.

Ignore any planets, stars and rocks in the images... we're just looking at the nebulosity. Some of them are quite detailed... something like that would be great, but as long as I have a decent looking nebulosity that would look good in a space scene... then I'm not too concerned if it's something a bit more basic.

I don't want to duplicate any of those examples... just the same kind of style. As I'm using them in stock footage, these need to be entirely your own work, so I have full ownership of the final image.

On a couple of entries I've asked for a nebula that's less like a fluffy cloud and more of a structured/tendril type thing. To clarify, I'm not sure if you have fractal noise in Photoshop (I'd be surprised if you didn't), but some kind of inverted turbulence effect is roughly what I mean.
