We have roughly 45 minutes of badly recorded audio which we need someone to magically make sound like the speaker is up close and personal.

It was all recorded at exactly the same time and place, so once a filter/combination is found, I think the entire thing can be processed with the same values.

I've attached a representative sample (in wav, flac and ogg formats in case one or the other is better for your process) and look forward so hearing what you can do with it!
