Brief

We are creating a new Trading Card Game called Nexoverse and need a front and back card template design.

This contest is for the base template layout and visual style (not individual creature illustrations). The winning designer will likely continue with us to finalize the full card design system.

We will attach a few reference card designs to show general placement and inspiration.

Style Direction
• Clean, modern, premium TCG look
• Slight “digital / sci-fi” vibe (fits the Nexoverse theme)
• Readable typography and clear information hierarchy
• Works well when printed (safe margins, bleed friendly)
• Should support different Elements, Classes, and Factions with small color/shape accents (not overwhelming)

Deliverables
1. Front template design
2. Back template design

Final files should be editable (AI/PSD preferred) plus PNG exports.

Card Size / Print Specs
• Standard TCG size (Poker size): 2.5 x 3.5 in
• Include bleed and safe area guides in the template

Front Template Requirements (fields to include)
• Card Name (placeholder)
• Artwork frame area (large focus area)
• HP (10–200)
• Attack (10–200)
• Description / Bio text area
• Card Type: Byte
• Stage: 1–3
• Card Number: example “SD1 01/63”
• Rarity: Common / Uncommon / Rare
• Element: Fire / Water / Nature
• Class: Guardian / Mage / Striker
• Faction: Realm / Forge / Wild
• Artist: placeholder text

Notes:
• Please design the template so these fields are easy to update per card.
• Icons for Element/Class/Faction are welcome, but keep them minimal and readable.

Back Template Requirements
• TCG Name: Nexoverse
• A logo concept: digital-like cube (simple, iconic)
• Clean card back pattern/design (works well in a deck, not too busy)
• Must look good rotated (most card backs are symmetrical)

What We Are Looking For
• Strong layout and hierarchy
• Professional TCG print-ready template
• Unique “Nexoverse” identity (digital + collectible vibe)
• Easy-to-read stats and labels

Submission Guidelines
