PSD only, no HTML or development required.

I need a one page website design. We have gone into partnership with this company and have the full copyright for use of any images on their site as well as their logo. We would like it similar style to their site here but not exactly the same http://www.bestecigg.co.uk/

The logo will need modifying and changing to "BEST FRANCHISE"

We will require a link area/bar but will only have maximum of 4 pages (Home, Info, Apply now, Contact)

The content will be the attached document. (can just all go on one page for now) but we would like the form designing for the customers to apply which will be in this format http://www.e-lites.co.uk/new-retailer/

We will need some images of the products that are offered. also attached are some examples.
