1. Before redesign starts, what is the source of truth for current behavior: the APK itself, an existing backend contract, or undocumented logic in the codebase that participants will not see yet? 2. For modules like messaging, events, opportunities, and the community map, which user flows are considered stable versus still open to reorganization so the Figma work does not conflict with hidden business rules? 3. Once the winner gets GitHub access, is the expectation to evolve the current React Native codebase incrementally or to preserve behavior while restructuring navigation, state boundaries, and screen composition more aggressively?
