I would like a real estate for sale yard sign created for my real estate company. The sign size 24 X 18. I have attached our logo in PSD format. The sign should include elements like For Sale, our company name, a phone number. A web address would be good also depending on how much room left, but don't want the sign to look crowded.

There are a few things to keep in mind for this contest. This is for a yard sign that people will see while driving by. It's not a good idea to have photos of a real house on a yard sign especially if it's not the house you are advertising. That would be fine for an online ad, but not a yard sign.

  Thanks for your question. Those were the basic guidelines, but I'm open to ideas. That size is standard for real estate signs, but I'm willing to consider other options for a really good design.
