Yarışma Özeti

The job is to place everyday news video passages into an existing 2min30sec master so that a known public figure (likely, one deemed a "villain") appears to sing the words. This will not only change who the chosen characters will be in the existing "master" here: TinyURL.com/DeepStateGate
...it will also improve the illusion of their doing the singing. I still possess the "original" components of the video in a folder here:
https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ap6SuR6y_kgdg4BcVDmWqUmI3FHx8g?e=NhYtuq
...but I think the successful end result will come from working simply with my evolved "master" that's already a video on some social media like YouTube and Vimeo.
What's new and different will be the abandoning of "face swaps" (still images) and the substituting of video passages. Not every instant, but a pleasing proportion of the time, viewers who "read lips" ought to believe the characters are pronouncing the exact words heard, thanks to careful placement of the mouth motion on the timeline.
(There are numbers of clock seconds without any singer active; the big skillset needed is to embed passages suitably cropped and positioned, likewise to position passages precisely on the timeline.) The previous characters have been George Stephanopolous in the "John Lennon" role, Rachel Maddow in the "Ringo Starr" role, Sundar Pichai in the "Paul McCartney" role, and Jack Dorsey in the "George Harrison" role. Future iterations will use new characters (who are coming up more in the news), but I want Stephanopolous continuing this time in the "Lennon" role, Hillary Clinton in the "Starr" role, Anthony Fauci in the "McCartney" role, and Mark Zuckerberg in the "Harrison" role.
Intellectual property rights to images don't worry us, because a video without commercial intent and aimed simply at political argumentation is legally permitted to appropriate passages and images from any existing source. The source video passages will be acquired online in everyday "news footage," where these individuals speaking is commonplace. Sizing the facial images ought to preserve the appearance of old=style Beatles hair styling.

Its unfair to be extended twice i think. If you want to join you 16 hours and i
      think thats enough time.

No. But it's easy to find online. I used perhaps two or three different videos of the Beatles performing in the Ed Sullivan Theater, circa 1966. (They did several songs; I used whatever video worked for my sound, which mirrored their original "You Can't Do That") My link to the component video passages, whether exhaustive or not, is here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ap6SuR6y_kgdg4BcVDmWqUmI3FHx8g?e=NhYtuq

The original Beatles video is probably not a single video; I think several passages may have come from other songs performed the same night. The big-selling single record (a lesser hit for The Beatles) did not have a video alongside. My only requirement was to have it appear as a single performance. My sound follows the Beatles record without any exception.

Before you submit a final entry to me, the sooner I see any initial portions the better for you. --That is because I will be able to point out whether you have the right idea or there's some basic flaw in your understanding.
I won't judge your entry to be my winner or a loser UNTIL you declare this is your actual entry!

      Yes, but...
You won't have to find those words being actually spoken by any of the characters; you should attempt to bring the illusion via clever placement of the passages on the timeline.

Wow, this is an interesting project. Just to be clear, you want the news footages with anchors face swapped with characters you have mentioned in your description, right? and not the beatles video...

You are to find the "news footage" on the internet. The existing YouTube with the face swaps replaced by video passages. (If older edges of images disrupt the viewer's illusion, then covering the edges with nearby background color will be sufficient for the final remedy.)
