Background has to be with texture, very similar to the samples

gpumar: please clarify if you only need the background [base] or you need some borderlines or other elements included. Good query by anjanadutt, but if you will use it for printing, I will send you the final artwork using CMYK and within the dimensions you indicated. Thanks

no stripes or lines or curves elements, it got to be clean, simple, nice color as sample shows, vector image, CMYK, 24 x 36, 150 dpi min.
