It requires professional embroidery digitizing software... which is very expensive and the work involves manual digitizing rather than just converting a PSD. Converting a Photoshop Document (.psd) to an Embroidery Design (.pxf) isn't a direct file conversion because a PSD is a raster graphic whereas a PXF is a set of embroidery machine stitch instructions. You must first extract a transparent image and then digitize it using embroidery software. #74

Which software should the PXF file be created for? The .pxf extension is used by multiple applications and I want to provide the correct format.
