Need design for new brand Freealty.com (formerly www.ReferralHomes.com). We are a real estate company that lists homes for free. We offer real estate, lending, escrow and insurance services. Looking for a complete new look and feel.

Need professional / corporate / streamlined look

Website users should be able to:
Get their instant home value, without an agent, via the webforms provided by Top Marketer / Market Snapshot. A sample webform can be found at www.Freealty.com and in multiple places on www.ReferralHomes.com. Note that no programming is needed, visitors just need a call to action to fill out the webform.

Know that they can list their home for free and a way to contact us. We need their address and how much they owe on their home. Email address should be required and phone optional.

Check mortgage rates (rates are updated and provided by third party). Rates are currently available at www.ReferralHomes.com

Complete a loan application (link to application, already setup on www.ReferralHomes.com)

Search for properties (via an IDX product or integration with our multiple listing services)

Learn about our services (listing homes, representing buyers in purchases, lending - purchase & refinance, escrow, insurance)

Integrate our Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and Twitter accounts
