I’m refreshing a real estate agent’s look and I’m ready to hand the full creative package to a talented designer who understands clean, nature-inspired aesthetics. The finished kit must feel grounded in earthy tones, keep a minimalist attitude, and weave in subtle organic or hand-drawn accents that echo the Pinterest samples I’ll share once we get started.

The agent's name is "Kari Pardue", please include that in your example.

Here’s what I need created and supplied:

• Colour palette: an intentional set of swatches that balance muted neutrals with a few richer earthy hues.
• Typography: two or three marketing fonts that already exist inside Canva so my internal team can jump straight into production without extra uploads.
• Logos: between two and four variations built as a combination mark (clean wordmark paired with a simple icon). I’ll need master files (AI/SVG) and transparent PNGs.
• Social templates: Canva layouts for both Facebook and Instagram covering these milestones—Just Listed, Coming Soon, Under Contract, and Sold/Closed. Each template should be easy to duplicate and edit, with text and photo placeholders clearly labelled.

Keep the look restrained, modern, and unmistakably organic; light line illustrations, textured brush strokes, or similar hand-drawn touches are welcome as long as they stay subtle and on brand.

All files should be organised in a single folder, labelled logically, and ready for immediate use.

    CH, you need to watch out, most entries are going to be AI generated, 99% AI, these scammers will post HUNDREDS of AI images each but you can spot them, watch out for them dropping all entries super fast. Keep in mind a hand crafted design takes time to create, so multiple different entries in a row is impossible. The easiest way to spot them is typing their name into 'Search Entries' so you can see their pattern of spamming and how fast they are posting entries. ALWAYS SEARCH NAMES. I can not stress this enough, every single entry you like the look of, SEARCH NAME.
