I have attached a flyer that our company uses and I would like you to copy it but include my photo and details.

The colour scheme and font must be the same. The design must be exactly the same.

My name is Andrew Nguyen. My number is 0411 735 776

You must be able to provide a print ready and digital versions of the file and I must be able to edit the file for future designs as I am using this as a template. I must be able to change the photos of the house and rooms on page 1 and the text and voucher on page 2.

I have also attached the logo and my photo.

THE FONT IS CENTURY GOTHIC. The size is A4 Paper
