PLEASE NOTE: The winner of this project would be offered a full time permanent job as our designer in our company, but you'd be working remotely from your home. So, consider this design contest as simply, a test, to help us determine the best designer to work with our company.

CONTEST BRIEF:
I want someone to redesign the attached brochures below. Each brochure should have a different cover page designed beautifully.

1. The title to use for the front cover of the 'property developers' brochure is "Sell off all your properties for sale or rent, in 24 hours"

2. The title to use for the front cover of the 'bad debt' brochure is "Offset all your debts owed without using your cash, in 24 hours"

3. The title to use for the front cover of the 'future sales' brochure is "Sell off all your products and convert future sales into immediate cash in 24 hours"

4. The title to use for the front cover of the 'VISION and values' brochure is the same title used on the current brochure

5. The title to use for the front cover of the 'hidden benefits' brochure is "Solve all your business and financial problems in 24 hours"

The subtitle to include on the cover page of the brochure is below:

- Get 0% interest finance ($100,000 to $100 million) in 5 minutes

- Offset every debt you owe in 24 hours

  I need all brochures to be redesigned. When you complete any page design, upload it as jpg file for me to see. When the contest is completed, if you're the winner, you can compile the file as a pdf file and upload it to the files transfer page

This is not a foldable brochure. This is more like a manual or report style, where the format is an A4 style report with the first page being the cover page and the other pages being the inside pages. The format to use is exactly the same format like you see in the VISION AND VALUES BROCHURE.

Ok sir, few questions; Are you looking to make all of the attached brochures in to one or do you want separate ones? If you want separate ones, how many pages for each and the size of the brochure? Thank you.

Let the cover page contain only the title and subtitle of that page with whatever image you chose to use to illustrate the title
