Contest Brief

Redesign the report Arabic (R IR.jpg,R NM.jpg) and the text make it as layer to easy modify the number and text in the future.
The translation of the reports in English (RET IR.jpg,RET NM.jpg) just to describe what it means and make it more clear.
The 2 report design may be come the same design but need some different color or something but not all the design is different.
And some notes i added to another 2 images which are ideas to some designers about the same reports (ex1.jpg,ex2.jpg,ex3.jpg).
The design must be new, modern, beautiful and attractive to achieve a unique expectation.

The text on the report in the document with the same name.
