we have a white paper/report written in Microsoft word with six image files dropped into the report. These image files were created/mocked up in PowerPoint. Both files - Word and PP - have been uploaded for this project.

what we want is formatting and design for the report that can serve as a standard template for this report and others. This might include a cover design and some sort of page design. We are a professional services consulting company, www.thedonorvoice.com, and need the design to be in keeping with our work and company brand/look/feel.

we also need the image files to be reworked to look better and saved or otherwise created as high resolution image files and then dropped into the report at the appropriate places.

As a clarification or additional comment - we want/need the reworked/redesigned report back in Microsoft Word format. We can drop the image files in ourselves so the image files can be saved as separate files in whatever format you like as long as they are high resolution. For the report you don't even need to have the final product include our written copy - it can simply be a blank template that includes some art/design for cover and page template/design.

We will cut and paste our copy/report into the template and do the same thing with the image files.

Designers should feel free and in fact are encouraged to think beyond what we have done thus far, especially when it comes to reworking the image files in the PP document.

I've added an animated gif file with the bucket image (www.thedonorvoice.com) from our website for possible use in the report cover
