Contest Brief

We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can bring a bold, vibrant, and retail-focused visual identity to life across multiple in-store and print marketing assets.
The goal is to create eye-catching designs that attract customers instantly while maintaining strong brand consistency and professional print quality.

Scope of Work
The selected designer will create a cohesive design system for:
● Flyers
● Posters
● POSM / Shelf Talkers
● Wooden Rack Posters
● Additional retail marketing creatives if required
The designs should feel modern, energetic, premium, and optimized for retail visibility.

Design Expectations
We are looking for someone who excels in:
● Bold color combinations
● Strong typography
● Clean retail-focused layouts
● High visual impact designs
● Brand-consistent creative execution
You must strictly follow the existing brand identity, guidelines, tone, colors, and visual direction provided in the reference materials.

Deliverables
Please provide:
● Press-ready PDF files
● Layered source files
৹ Adobe Illustrator (.AI) preferred
৹ Adobe InDesign (.INDD) also acceptable
● Linked assets/images/fonts used in the design
● CMYK color format
● 300 DPI print-ready quality where applicable
The final files should be fully organized and printer-friendly for smooth production.

What to Include in Your Entry
To help us evaluate your style and fit, please include:
● A quick sample/mockup OR
● Portfolio link showcasing similar retail, FMCG, POSM, packaging, or print design work
Preference will be given to designers with strong experience in retail marketing creatives and bold visual storytelling.
