Need floor plans and exterior view of future house.
Architect with best idea for our needs will have the opportunity to continue project until done .
house should be 7x11 m , height of each level 3,2 m.
Side of 7 meters is completely with sea view , so should be mostly in windows/structural glass.Ground plan from point 9-10 house can be 7 meters, and between points 6-8 can be up to 11m.
1. level one - entrance , two separated bedrooms, each with own bathroom , stairways connecting all 3 levels
2. level two - masterbedroom , with bathroom , guest toilette, living room connected to kicthen and dining(living room on front side )and big front terrace
3 level 3- apartment with bedroom , living room with small kitchen and dining area , bathroom , and terrace sea view
Preffered exterior - stone white rustic look , combined with structural glass /or wide windows

Thank you for your nice ideas. Although ,I asked for a floor plans and rough sketch of exterior, and receiving all the time 3d models.
In this phase it is more important to have good floor plans, after making a plan is easier to prepare exterior view.

Hello, quick question: Where should the living room be positioned, on the side with points 5-6 or 9-10? As I understand from the plan, the entrance will be on the side with points 5-6, is this correct?

  Dear Laura,
  ground level is no terrace, just covered area in front of the house, that is actually space of the terrace from level1.
  Level 2 terrace is placed up on covered part of terrace level 1.
  All terraces are extended in front , so they are not included in 11x7 dim .Do not make hard on your self, if I recognazi your proposal as one we should extend to more clarifications , will do so . As an interior designer , I really know to recognize a potential .

Please understand that even if you promise the whole project to the winner, the prize is very low. I would be happy to participate in your contest if you raise the prize.   This is a first time that I put on a contest, and I really am not sure how it functions. This is not a prize for a winner...My plan is to pay more, of course.
  Although , idea is to receive just a floor plan , and a rough sketch of exterior front, to choose as fast as possible with whom to continue, as I do not waste anyone s time. Hope I expplained.
