     It's not possible for him or anyone else to do so on your profile. It's only when you are awarded a project or contest, then after completion of the that you will get rated and provided a feedback on the basis of the quality of the work done by you, your communication, professionalism, etc.
     It will also open an option for you to rate the employer on the basis of his/her Clarity in Specification, Payment Promptness, Communication, etc., and provide feedback.

  Hi thanks to my 3 top rated submissions Ivanovalva, Mayank and Sofie each were of equal value to me so I have decided to split the prize amongst you 3. I had 30 submissions only 3 of which even answered the brief but you all had some good ideas, I specially liked birthdays, fashion calendars, selfies/ fashion star, shop with friends as thought starters. please can you send me your files so I can print them out. thanks.

     Hi Gowings! Thanks for your feedback and I knew that you would love the ideas.To enable file transfer, you will have to choose a winner. But remember, if you will choose more than one winner the prize money will not split and everyone will get $490 each. I tried sending you files from your previous contest, but the file upload option is disabled there.

  Hi everyone I am not looking for 'sales' graphics. This is not the brief. The brief is to come up with a promotional theme that promotes our fashion offering ( across 12 stores) at our shopping centres. It can be seasonal, such as Spring or themed such as 'race wear' for the races come up in October- our stores cover outdoor wear, surf wear, street wear, designer outfits and everyday pieces, mainly to a female audience. We want to make existing and new customers aware of the breadth of fashion offering we have, so awareness is the key objective, and we want them to interact with the promotion in some way. So its not just an ad that says' look at our fashion' it a promotion idea that highlights the fashion offering and asks them to interact in some way. We have an active Facebook page with a few thousand followers. Our shopping centres are Coffs Central and Port Central.

  Here are my questions: 1. the promotion will be valid for all fashion stores/retail outlets in the shopping center or just for particular stores? 2. Is there particular period you would like to focus on (like low season discount period or high season when new fashion items are presented), it is important to know if you are looking for activation for particular period or long term engagement? You quote both "awareness" and "sales" driving - which is your priority, this will determine the concept mechanics. 3. Target audience - do you address the current audience (the people who are visiting the shopping center regularly) or would like to attract new audience for the center? 4. Social media - do you have 1 developed facebook page for the shopping center which can be used? What other social media channels you use in your communication (instagram?).
