This logo will go on signs that will be put on land that is being sold. People will build their own houses on this land. The logo will also accompany online advertisements on realestate websites.

The land being sold is in an area outside of Perth Western Australia. The target market is young families who will buy the land and build a home. The land and housing will be ‘affordable’ so the design should be relatively simple and relaxed rather than too luxurious or elaborate. The project will be called The Pocket and the land is located in a suburb called Glen Iris. Both need to feature on the design.

No images of houses should appear on the logo and the logo should be quite generic. Abstract patterns such as plants/flowers etc may be used.

I have attached my own attempt to create a logo which is not great! It features the layout of the roads in the housing estate so this pattern could be utilised (optional).

I have also attached existing brands as references only. These are the ‘Riverlea’, ‘Anstey Grove’ and ‘Regalia’ images

Hello all, thank you for the entries. There are lots of good ones. I am scoring the logos that are very similar quite low now as they are all similar colours (green and black) and themes (small leaf). I am open to more unique designs rather than seeing a lot of similar ones. I will provide direct feedback if I think the design has something unique.

  Hi Mohammed. Not in particular - but it should be colour rather than grey scale or black and white. Colours like green, blue, brown, dark yellow, etc. The logo should be visible if small on a webpage or from a car on a sign, so light colours and thin font will not be as good.
