Simple Q logo needed asap

Contest Brief
We are looking for a Q icon for a logo,
The icon should include the letter Q and a home, or,
The letter Q, a home and a timer (like shown in the attached image - Q with home and timer example)
*** Please do not copy this image, this is something I quickly put together to demonstrate the concept. ***
I will provide plenty feedback on the boards and will guarantee the contest when quality designs begin to be submitted

Hi and thanks for all the entries so far, we are almost at the halfway point in the contest and we are getting closer now to where we need to be.
Some direction based on the entries so far:
The clock/timer should be subtle, you guys have the idea now about incorporating the time and home but in many of the designs, the clock face is too overpowering, the elements in #119 #137 #141 are what we are looking for rather than an actual clock face.
An arrow is good but a complete arrow like in #117 and #130 make it look like a refresh symbol. #144 has been rated highly for its abstract and uniqueness, however needs more work incorporating the key elements.
Don't spend too much time creating the perfect finishes, its the concept we are looking for - I appreciate that submitting entries takes time and mostly for no reward so don't worry at this stage with glosses and shadows. Again, thanks for the entries so far.
The Q stands for quick if this helps with any other ideas you may have
I have added some example links in the attached word doc - these are for inspiration only - i know that they dont include home or timer, be creative and don't submit exacy copies of the links

Hi and again, a massive thank you for all of the entries received so far - I know that some of you guys have submitted many entries, and I really appreciate your efforts.
We've still not found that 5 star design though, I appreciate it has been a difficult concept to execute - this is why I opened the contest because I was struggling my side.
All designs have been rated now based how close they are to what we are looking for and also how they compare to the other entries received.
As I pointed out earlier in the boards, I'll update all entries to 5 stars to contribute to your points before we select the winner.

Hi hammadulnaqvi, like the way the Q is square, but we need something more than just the home icon in the centre, maybe incorporate a rooftop instead of the home icon?

It's not very fair to reject entries and you know that rejection reduces credits and experience points. You can give one star if you are not happy.

yes which is why no entries have been rejected.
I am fully aware of the points system and the irony of your abusive comment is that at the contest end, all entries were going to receive 5 stars anyway to contribute to the designers points.
I would also like to point out that starting abuse and calling people liars on the boards is also not fair no? It seems you are new here, maybe a lesson to take to future contests.- 12 years ago

My point was that many designers are trying to develop #38 idea, after I saw design #38 i thought that it would be unfair to use rooftop and letter Q in the same way. And you keep giving feedback in that direction.
