I want to make a similar slider to the one found on www.redfin.com on their home page about 2 screens from the top.

The slider shows money saved at different home purchase prices.

My slider only needs to show money saved for buying a house.
I would like 3 input fields in addition to the slider
1. Agent commission, default will be 3%
2. Number of Showings, default will be 1
3. Number of Purchase contracts, default will be 1

The commission is a simple calculation based upon the value in the slider. The amount displayed in the "what you save" field will be the commission number x the purchase price minus (2500 plus "number of showings" x $150 plus "Number of Purchase Contracts" x $150)

Assuming a purchase price of 500,000 with no changes from the user the amount saved would be $12,200
3% x 500,000 is $15,000 minus $2,500 minus $150 minus $150

The 2,500 is constant number that will never change
