Looking to build a 9 page, responsive, Wordpress website. I want the design to look similar to this theme: http://www.elegantthemes.com/demo/?theme=Vertex

I have the theme files from the design above if that would help someone. I do not want it to be exactly the same, but very similar in terms of bands of content, featured images, featured excerpts, etc. In addition, I need a particular URL structure for SEO purposes and different sections for the home page and internal pages.

All pages will contain:
• Header with Horizontal top menu, logo, phone number, and social media links
• Banner – using Jquery for sliding banner with taglines
• Contact form
• Different bands of content

Home Page will contain: 5-6 different bands of content/different design sections:
• Header
• Banner – using Jquery for sliding banner with taglines
• Content section 1. Approximately 200-250 words.
• Practice Areas section -- want it to look similar to the projects section in the theme above with Call-to-action graphics. Want to have text on the graphics that will say the practice area with a corresponding picture. Will eventually have each graphic lead to the practice area page, but we do not have that content yet. For now, all images will link to the practice areas page. Do not want images as close/touching, maybe a little larger border between them. Also have section underneath/above for ~75 words
• About Us section: three separate call-to-action with featured image: 1) About Us; 2) Lawyer 1; 3) Lawyer 2. Need excepts underneath each with ~30-50 words. Need content section underneath featured images and excerpts, room for ~75 words.
• Blog section: section with 4 blogs, featured image, and excerpt pulled in from blogs.
• Content section 2. Approximately 200-250 words.
• Contact form section : Contact form, either in banner, or as a separate band, the contact section like the contact at the bottom of the site, www.Dial800.com.

Internal Pages: Need this to be a template for additional page adds over time. This is very important. The site will grow over time with additional content and the pages need to have the same structure/layout/design

• Banner – using Jquery for sliding banner with taglines (smaller in height than home page so content is pulled higher on page.)
• Content section 1. Approximately 400-450 words
• Blog section: section with 4 blogs, featured image, and excerpt pulled in from blogs.
• Contact form section : Contact form, either in banner, or as a separate band, the contact section like the contact at the bottom of the site, similar to this form to get a quote: http://bestbuyinsurance.com/home-insurance.html

Site must be responsive. Yoast will be used on the site, so keep in mind when using any other plugins that might not be compatible.
Our registrar and host is GoDaddy. Will provide GoDaddy credentials so that you can upload the site.
