We need a splash screen for the new version of our application, "CIRCLY 7".

The background for the splash screen is to be a stock photo (we will pay for this in the final stage of the contest).
You will select the stock photo from hits given by Googling: stock photo "semi trailer" Australia

The stock photo should feature the front of the truck and portray motion.
It should not have any advertising (if it does, it should be blurred out in the final version).

Assume the application screen is 1024 px x 768 px.

The final version should be provided in vector form.

The design should allow for these overlapping objects (not part of the "splash screen" design):

1. Mincad Systems logo

2. Updatable "About" text (contained in Sample CIRCLY About text.txt), to be displayed on a transparent background.

These 3 objects should be on separate layers so we can be replace or delete them as required.
