Stroke Rehab Support MVP Development

Yarışma Özeti

Stroke Rehabilitation MVP (Phase 1: Part 1 + Part 2)
Platform: raccoonai.tech (mandatory)
Objective
Develop a functional MVP of a stroke rehabilitation support system that combines daily task management, caregiver interaction, and basic recovery tools within raccoonai.tech.
The system must be accessible, simple, and reliable for daily use, specifically designed for users with cognitive and motor limitations.
Phase 1 Scope (Divided into 2 Parts)
Part 1 – Core System & Daily Task Foundation
Focus: Build the core structure and “daily anchor”
Requirements:
Set up data models:
Users (Patient, Caregiver)
Tasks (medication, appointments, daily routines)
Reminders (time-based)
Develop core features:
Daily dashboard (Today’s tasks)
Task creation/editing (user + caregiver-ready structure)
One-tap task completion flow
Reminder system:
Time-based visual reminders (audio scalable later)
Accessibility:
Large UI elements
Simple navigation (low cognitive load)
Clean layout (no complexity)
Part 2 – Caregiver Integration & Recovery Layer
Focus: Add interaction + extend functionality
Requirements:
Caregiver module:
Remote task viewing/updating
Task completion tracking
Communication:
Basic async communication (notes or updates)
Recovery tools:
Integrate simple cognitive/speech exercises (basic level)
Include external link integration (e.g. aphasiagpt.ai)
System integration:
Ensure all features are part of a single unified flow, not separate modules
Technical Expectations
Must be built entirely within raccoonai.tech
Strong understanding of:
No/low-code app structuring
Workflow logic
Data relationships
Focus on:
Scalability (ready for AI/ML in future phases)
Stability (daily usability complex features)
Collaboration Requirements
Iterative development approach
Ability to incorporate frequent client feedback
Clear communication on structure and limitations of raccoonai
Deliverable
A working MVP with:
Functional task + reminder system
Caregiver interaction (basic level)
Integrated recovery flow
Clean, accessible UI usable in real-life daily scenarios
Important Notes
Do not over-engineer — simplicity and usability are priority
The MVP should act as a foundation for future AI-driven personalization
Developer should focus on structure + experience, not just feature implementation

Budget: $50 NZD
Time: 10 days

Hi Bro, I’ve carefully reviewed your requirements and everything is clear, I’m open to working on this and can deliver it with proper structure and quality, as a company we focus on building reliable systems and we’re available 24/7 to support our clients, the scope is quite detailed so a complete system may not fully fit within this budget, however we can create a solid MVP/sample and cover as much as possible within it, I’ll make sure to deliver maximum value from our side, I can also share my portfolio and previous AI-based projects for your review, let me know how you’d like to proceed or we can connect to discuss this further, thank you.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

I can build this MVP entirely within RaccoonAI with a strong focus on usability, stability, and future scalability for AI-driven enhancements.

    My approach will be:

    • First, define a clean and scalable data structure (Users, Tasks, Reminders, Notes) so the system remains flexible as you expand
    • Build a “daily anchor” dashboard where patients can clearly see and complete tasks with one-tap interaction
    • Implement a simple but reliable reminder system (time-based, visual-first, with room for audio later)
    • Design an accessible UI with large touch targets, minimal navigation, and low cognitive load
    • Add a caregiver layer that allows remote task management and progress tracking without complicating the experience
    • Integrate recovery tools in a lightweight way (external links or simple exercises) to avoid over-engineering

I follow an iterative workflow, so you’ll be able to review progress frequently and guide decisions as we move forward.

Before starting, I’d like to clarify a few key points to ensure the system matches your exact needs:

      1. Who is the primary user in Phase 1 — patient or caregiver?
      2. What level of cognitive/motor limitations should we design for?
      3. Can caregivers manage multiple patients, or is it 1:1?
      4. Should tasks repeat automatically (daily routines) or be manually created each time?
      5. What types of tasks are highest priority (medication, exercises, appointments)?

      6. For reminders, do you want visual only for now, or should we plan for audio as well?
      7. What level of caregiver control is required (view only vs full edit/create)?
      8. For communication, should we keep it simple (notes/updates) or build a chat-style system?
      9. Do you already have recovery exercises, or should we integrate external tools like aphasiagpt.ai?
      10. What are the absolute must-have features for Phase 1, and what should be excluded for now?
      11. Will real users be testing this MVP during development?
      12. What timeline and update frequency do you prefer?
