  Clarification on Badges;
  
  1) Member score = each user has a personal score based on experience etc. User can choose to make this score public and in this case it becomes visible in the profile. Examples on score badges eg http://victrolacoffeeroasters.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/cr_2013_94-score-of-94-badge-image.jpg and http://therealtimereport.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/TweetLevel-Badge-for-RLTM.png
  
  2) Available for board positions = In case user is actively looking for new board positions, she can activate this badge. It's a sign for companies that this person is actively looking for board positions.
  
  You can submit badge proposals as separate entries or even better if you include both badges on User profile page. See rough example on how page could look like in the new attachment (profile page with badges.PNG).

  Thanks for the entries so far! One clarification regarding User profile page; Under recommendations there are only two options; Received and Send. This "Very best" was just a test entry, sorry for that ;)

     Would you please tell me one thing -- In user profile page, two recommendation boxes are there, one for Board positions and other for Mentoring Experience, is it right ? please tell.

     You are right. Recommendations can be either on board work or mentoring, thus two separate boxes.

  Can we change something in the positioning of elements on pages or should it be same as your attached screenshots ?
  If so, I will try to play with the profile page elements to see how can it come up good.
