Suggest ways for me to find more clients for my growing business

I've started a business as a self-employed genealogist but am struggling to find more clients.

What I have done:
1) I have a website (jhmfamilyhistory.com)
2) I have a Google Business profile
3) I've tried Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

I'm currently also writing a blog (not yet published) and plan to try to negotiate publishing my articles in newspapers as well if possible.

I get on average 1 click per 50 impressions on Google Ads, but it looks like most visits to my website don't go past my homepage, which means people are visiting my website but not buying my services.

If anyone has any suggestions to improve my Google Ads or find enough clients in other ways, I would very much appreciate your input.
