We are a developed company called Torque Jet Boards, www.torquejetboards.com. We frequently need new graphics for our products, which are basically surfboards with engines. We make electric powered surfboard, and now the new product is a petrol powered surfboard. Plus, we have alot of other products to design frequently as well, hats, rash shirts, helmets, brochures, catalogs, banners, life vests etc etc. My current designer is super, but for this project for our new jetboard design i cannot think of too many fresh ideas and I am super busy, so it is best to open a competition to see who could join our team.
I have attached a file with all the logos and some ideas of what i have for this jetboard.
The previous jetboard we just created is an electric battery-powered product called Ripsnorter E- Tec Sync, and this new product is a 2 stroke engine product that uses fuel, not battery, called Ripsnorter Carby.
The previous product finish designs are shown in the file, which are straight logos and lines to create a simple but effective design that has 5 color ranges.
The new 2 stroke fuel board, i am thinking of using a round logo, and engine cog vectors to create a design. The cog samples i have added into the file as well. The logos inisde the file are now straight, but you should only use one logo in round formation (RIPSNORTER CARBY).
I have attached a blank template, which has the background already inside. As the jetboard is made from carbon fiber, it is black in colour, and we do not want to cover the board with too many graphics and not be able to see the carbon fiber.
I can use the ai software, but i am not professional, so some good help would be great.
This will be a long term partnership, please check the website for all the graphics work we need.

We will start off with a draft competition and then i will hire the person who i think has the right idea and is quite creative.
1. do not cover the board too much with designs, must be simple but original with good use of logos.
2. The engine cogs are just an idea, we do not have to use them if they do not look good or are done in a creative way, maybe if they were done in the background, or the Opacity is low (another just idea)
3. The use of round items for this project is a must, it needs to have a different feel to the finished products that i have included in the design file ai file.
4. the logo can change the number of outerpaths, but cannot change the inner shape.
