Contest Brief

Hello

This contest is to identify the right technology, platforms and tools to implement a social commerce site.
Please see attached document to get details on the requirements.

I know these technologies already exist, we just need to identify and put it together. You may know a solution which could support all these requirements or know how to put these together and make them work.

Success will be based on:-
Best technology, lowest cost of acquisition (freeware is good), talent should be easily available to support, and easily to implement changes/new features.
Low in maintenance.

70% of points :-
There are seven steps in the document, we want to know what is the technology/tool that best fits the requirement and also work in overall architecture.
give me name, website of the tool, and 1-2 lines why this is the best tool?

15% of points:-
What is the cost estimate to implement?

15% of points:-
Anything new that can be implemented to improve reach of website, SEO is know, but what else can be done?
