The sad reality of working in an office

This is a contest to design a T-Shirt. I have an idea...and I need your help to make it happen.
Let me paint the picture a bit first...
Life in the office is tough and if you don't laugh it off...you'll likely go crazy. Most of the day is very solitary...though there is plenty of background noise to drive a person nuts. I personally work as a mechanical engineer, but my most recent gig has been a bit of a disappointment. I got lied to a bit as to the nature of the job, so I'm doing work a 3 toed, cross-eyed chimpanzee could just as easily do. And, I basically sit in front of a computer 9-10 hours per day.
Now, I do happen to have some good coworkers in my group. So, my most frequent interactions are with people I like and respect. My boss almost always has great interactions with me...except...I'm pretty sure he's trying to demonstrate his middle management position is necessary by...well...managing me. It's a bit silly at this point. I was most recently told by my manager that it was my fault that a colleague of mine was ticked off because he was in the dark on a subject that was debated, argued and resolved at all levels at least four months before he started at the company on a project he's not even part of and has nothing really to do with what he's working on. (Really?)
Anyway...I pretty much live the Dilbert cube farm life at this point. It's pretty sad.
But..."At least the coffee's free!".
And that's the tag line I need for this design. Seriously...I do get paid well (I know...poor me). But, if I quit my job...I'd have to pay for my own coffee. So, even on a really bad day... "At least the coffee's free!". The office provides an endless supply of mediocre watered down coffee, sugar and regular powdered creamer. But...again...it's free.
Now, there are a variety of ways to capture that sentiment, I'm sure. I have half a picture in my mind. But, I don't want to restrict the creativity of anyone out there.
I kind of see an office guy getting yelled out (or bullied, or put down or otherwise asked to do something a middle school kid could do) by his (male) boss. He'd be holding a hot steaming coffee mug...and the thought going through his head would be..."At least the coffee's free". (Doesn't have to be shown as a word bubble) His coworkers may be involved in the incident at the cube farm in some way. They may be hiding or playing whack-a-mole or otherwise commiserating or thinking the same thing.
I'd like something more than just a Sunday comics level pencil sketch if possible.
Incorporated into the shirt design would be the SoloCraft Vehicle Systems logo and swift bird icon that goes with the logo. It could be disassembled and rearranged if desired so long as the logo's fonts and text remain intact. Along with the logo would be the tag line, "Our vehicles are the best because at SoloCraft our people come 1st".
I hope that's enough to work with. Please refer to the attached files for more information. There are some textual errors in the process book regarding hovercraft...please ignore that stuff. The reverse trike pictures are for reference only. They're not of the quality I need for display...so please don't use them as is in the design. (if you want to capture the essence of the reverse trike in some way...that might be ok...but not strictly necessary.)
Let me know if you have questions.
-update: I'd much rather see roughed out sketches of ideas than have to critique fully developed designs. If a design is just completely a wrong fit, it would seem that it would be better to get early feedback than to just get a rejection at the end after a designer spends many hours working. Submit what you've got at any stage...and I'll provide comments along the way.
