Contest Brief

I need a certificate designed for my Triathlon event. It has to be compatible with the dimensions given from the company that will do the race timing. Their system will add the competitor details to each certificate (highlighted in red) in those positions, so that each competitor gets an individualised certificate with their race results. So the positioning of the red & yellow writing can not be changed. But the parts in yellow can have their font changed and the words changed, but the text boxes can not be made any bigger than the current dimensions. I have attached the original example from the Timing Company (sorry he gave me 77 pages, when I only needed 1). The second document shows you what I want written on the certificate in the yellow sections.

I require my company logo and the event logo to be on the certificate. I have included some photos that you may wish to use. They are not professionally taken photos, so I would like the option to change the photos before I go to print. Because if I like the use of photos on the certificate I will get some taken professionally.
The plan is to get 600 copies printed of the certificate, then after the race, the Timing Company will print the individual results on to each certificate.
