on the left side, someone squatting with a barbell and the phrase "Ass to the grass
on the left side someone bench pressing and the phrase "Lift till you're stiff"
on the left side someone dead lifting and the phrase " pick up till you cant stand up"

  I highlight words because usually people don't seem to read the whole thing. Also, when you don't put enough in the description then people submit random things. Look at how descriptive I was this time and I still got two Dracula pictures. until you hold some contest you wont understand.
